Cold fermentation
As we prepare for summer brewing it’s time to take it to the next level with controlled cold fermentation. The plan is to geek out with the “Uberfridge” which will keep real time data tracking online. Thanks to Elco Jacobs for sharing his amazing project. We will keep you updated on our progress.

Beergees Friday
What is Beergees you ask? Every Friday, the folks at TRADEMARK 5150 and SPY Design get together at 4:30 and drink a pint (or two) of the latest brew from Notorious. All the while listening to the Beegees.
